Documentation

Annual RMA premium rate changes affect the underlying risk of insurance policies in the U.S. MPCI program. Verisk has conducted an analysis to estimate the pure change in premium rates and is providing an updated rate mask for the U.S. MPCI model that can be used in Touchstone Re. The updated mask reflects the premium rate structure for 2023. A reference spreadsheet containing the rate change factors by state and policy type is attached. Users have the option to manually change premium rates. The new rates can be readily implemented for 2023 risk analysis by copying and pasting the rate factors from the spreadsheet into Touchstone Re. Clients licensing the U.S. MPCI model are encouraged to update their rate settings.

NOTE: This rate mask is designed to work only with U.S. MPCI v5.0.
