Loss

Extracts several loss metrics for a given reinsurance program analysis. The analysis options selected by the user who configured the analysis determine the loss metrics that the script can utilize. Loss metrics can include:

• Stochastic catalog average annual losses (or expected values), standard deviations, and losses by return period
• Event losses for the stochastic, historical, and world scenarios catalogs included in the analysis

The script can return losses by reinsurance program, layer, peril, model, zone, geography, or line of business.

The analysis options selected by the user who configured the analysis determine the loss metrics that the script can utilize. Loss metrics can include:

• Stochastic catalog average annual losses (or expected values), standard deviations, and losses by return period
• Event losses for the stochastic, historical, and world scenarios catalogs included in the analysis

The script can return losses by portfolio, company, reinsurance program, layer, peril, model, zone, geography, line of business, or user-defined classification (UDC).

Exposure

Extracts aggregate exposure information for a given company by exposure set, year, peril, type, geography and line of business.

Extracts the reinsurance terms associated with each program and layer in a given company.

Extracts information about the composition of a given portfolio. For example, the script retrieves information about the companies, programs, and layers associated with each treaty in the portfolio.
