Demand Surge for Touchstone(Re) 2024

- The new demand surge model was first introduced in the Touchstone 2023 (11.0) release for several European models.
- The integration of the generation of the new demand surge transparency table was added in the Touchstone 2023 (11.5) release. A separate tool was needed to generate this table in the Touchstone 2023 (11.0) release.
Users are able to see related demand surge factors that were applied to the loss if the loss was large enough for that model/country to trigger demand surge. This is based on model requirements from the Verisk research team. This functionality is now fully integrated into the product, making for a more streamlined workflow.
- No other changes to the new demand surge model implementation have been made in the Touchstone 2024 (12.0) release.
